By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

Gogotails provides:

• Dog boarding services

• Dog adoption assistance

• Pickup services across India

2. Boarding & Care

• Dogs are kept in a safe and supervised environment

• Regular updates (photos/videos) are shared

• Gogotails will take reasonable care but is not liable for unforeseen medical conditions

3. Adoption Process

• Gogotails helps find a suitable family but does not guarantee adoption

• Final decision depends on adopter suitability

• A legal agreement is signed between:

  • Original owner

  • Adopter

  • Gogotails

4. Lifetime Care Clause

• If no adopter is found, Gogotails may provide lifetime care

• This is subject to service terms agreed at the time of onboarding

5. Payments

• One-time fee is required before service begins

• Fees are non-refundable once services start

• EMI options depend on third-party providers

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Gogotails is not responsible for:

  • Natural illness or death

  • Behavior-related incidents

• All efforts are made to ensure safety and care

7. Owner Responsibility

• Owner must provide accurate information about the dog

• Any hidden aggression/health issue is owner's responsibility

8. Modification of Terms

Gogotails reserves the right to update these terms anytime.
